SMS Delivery Interruption

This morning, our SMS service experienced an outage. The issue has been identified and resolved. As part of the fix, we also implemented a redundancy solution to prevent this type of disruption in the future.
The service is now fully operational and in good standing.
Report Generation Issues

The issue affecting report generation has been fully resolved. All report types should now be functioning as expected.
We’ve confirmed successful processing across the platform and will continue to monitor closely to ensure stability.

SmartBarrel Dashboard & Mobile App degraded

All systems are now fully operational.
Earlier today, we experienced an issue with one of our databases that reported an error during an auto-scaling event. This impacted the Dashboard and Mobile App, causing downtime and delays in processing punches. The issue has been resolved, and all services have been restored.
We are actively monitoring to ensure continued stability. There is no indication of data loss, and all queued device punches have been processed.
